Adidas opens ridiculously high-tech store in France

Adidas has opened the Mi Innovation Center on the Champs-Elysées. The store is intended to be a wonderland of innovation where consumers can custom fit Adidas clothes and shoes to their exact measurements. The flagship technological wonder is a 3D virtual mirror that allows consumers to see their custom shoe on their foot before they buy it. These custom shoes will run between $40 and $65 more than regular versions. This type of store will probably appeal mostly to the kinds of people you see at the gym who think they're elite athletes in training, but are there just to be seen and look at themselves in the mirror.
